There is no faucet to directly obtain Minato testnet ETH. You can use the Bridge to bridge your Sepolia ETH to Minato testnet.
Connect MetaMask to Sepolia Testnet
Open MetaMask and click on the network list (top left corner). Toggle Show test networks and select Sepolia

After you acquire Sepolia ETH, use Soneium Bridge to bridge your assets to Minato.
